Format:              

Teams of 4, 18-hole Florida Scramble, non-qualifier

Handicap Allowance 25%/20%/15%/10% from lowest to highest playing handicap

Men – white tees & Women – red tees

Florida Scramble Format:

• Teams of 4, each tees off on each hole.
• The team selects the best shot from among their drives for the next stroke.
• The player whose shot is selected skips the next stroke, allowing the other three players to take their turns hitting the ball from that spot.
• This pattern continues until the ball is holed out, with each player contributing to the team's score.

Tee Times:

11:00am to 2:00pm

Entry Fee:          

Visitor £59 & Member £29

Inclusive of:

• Coffee & Bacon Bap on Arrival & Hot Buffet after play
• Prize Pot – Team winners (1st, 2nd & 3rd) and Nearest the Pin on par 3’s

Eligibility:

Men & Women aged 18 and over with a WHS handicap, Max handicap index 28.0

Catering:

Coffee & Bacon Bap on Arrival & Hot Buffet after play

Minimum numbers:

The Scramble Open will only proceed if a minimum of 50 entrants is received by the closing date. The Club reserves the right to amend the event format, prize structure, and catering arrangements if necessary. In the event the minimum entry threshold is not met, all entry fees will be refunded in full

Dress Code

Recognisable golf attire & golf shoes (no trainers)

Golf shoes are not permitted in the Clubhouse (please change)

Take A Break

Bar & Restaurant facilities open throughout the day

Halfway Hut (9th/10th holes) – open 9.30am to 4pm serving food and drinks

Practice Facilities

We have nets, an outdoor range (max distance 170-yards), two practice greens, and a short-game practice area with putting and chipping from grass or bunker positions for your use

Trolleys / Buggies

Pull and electric trolleys available to hire from the Pro Shop

Keep trolleys away from greens and tees & follow all traffic control measures in place

All Golfers must act with INTEGRITY, SHOW CONSIDERATION TO OTHERS and TAKE GOOD CARE OF THE COURSE. 

Failure to do so may result in disqualification
